10. George Stinney
George Junius Stinney Jr. is a 14-year-old murdered, an African-American who was sentenced to death on charges of murder of two white girls. He is said to have admitted his crime. But apart from the investigator’s note there is no evidence of his confession. This had led many to believe that Stinney could have been innocent and was victim to a racial based discriminatory trial.
9. Joshua Phillips
Joshua Earl Patrick “Josh” Phillips was fourteen years old when he killed his neighbor Maddie Clifton who was only 8-years-old at the time. It appears that Joshua and Maddie were playing one afternoon when Joshua accidentally hit his neighbor with a baseball causing him to bleed and cry. Joshua had an abusive father with a violent temper which caused Joshua to panic and killed the boy to escape his father’s temper. Josh was sent to life imprisonment without any possibility of parole.
8. Eric Smith
Eric M. Smith is responsible for the brutal murder of a four-year-old in 1994 that makes him one of youngest murderers of all time. As a child, Eric had the intermittent explosive disorder and was regularly bullied for his physical appearance which created a ton of pent-up rage. Eric found Robie while going to a local summer camp. He lured the boy into the woods, strangled him, crushed his head with a rock and mutilated his genitals to ensure that the boy dies.
7. Lionel Tate
Lionel Alexander Tate was convicted of murder at the age of 13 when he battered a 6-year-old to death. Tate’s mother had been baby sitting Eunick. The children were downstairs, screaming. When Tate’s mother went down a couple of minutes later, she saw Tate frantically trying to revive Eunick. He said that they were wrestling and that caused Eunick to stop breathing. But the injuries told a different story. Eunick looked like he had fallen from a “three-stories building;” suffered fractures in rib and skull as well as a swollen brain.

Craig Chandler Price is a serial killer who is also known by the nickname Warwick Slasher. He has been doing petty crimes and then he went on to kill a woman and two years later killed a woman and his two daughters, after which he was caught. The brutality of his action in which he stabbed the mother 57 times, the daughter was stabbed 62 times and then the younger daughter’s skull was crushed and stabbed 30 times, lead him to life imprisonment. Price is one of the youngest murderers ever.
5. Barry Dale Loukaitis
Barry Dale Loukaitis is responsible for killing three of his classmates and injuring several more. He suffered from clinical depression something that was present in his family for four generations. He was relentlessly bullied. One day he went to school with 2 pistols, high powered rifle and 78 rounds of ammunitions, and opened fire on his class. He held hostages for a short time until a teacher came in tackled him down, held him till the cops arrived. Loukaitis was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.

Graham Frederick Young was a serial killer who was responsible for killing several members of his family using poison. He was sent to a psychiatric hospital and upon being released he ended up poisoning 70 more people which he administered through tea.
